Creating or Updating a Showcase Item

If you are person or member of a group listed on our 'People' pages, you can have one or more items of your or your group's work displayed on our Showcase. That might be a poem or a piece of prose writing, an image of a painting or photograph or an mp3 file containing a piece of music. E.g. if you are listed on the Painters page and also on the Photographers page, you could have one Showcase item of work for each entry.
The easiest way to add or change a Showcase item is to send all the information to Don or Joanne by email or post. However, it is possible for you to put the contents on the website yourself. In order to be able to use this feature you must be logged on as a registered user of this website and have been granted the privilege of adding/amending Showcase content. This authorisation can only be given by the site administrator, so it might take a day or two to happen. To create a showcase item, you click on the Create content - Showcase Item link on the menu and follow the instructions there. To amend a showcase item, you click on the link Administer and you will be presented with a set of instructions to follow.
